The Hat

"The Hat" is Candlestone Production's debut short film. It was created originally for a "Staff Only" corporate cultural festival, where it was awarded first place in the moving film category at a gala grand final event held in Melbourne, and hosted by radio's Hamish and Andy.
"The Hat" has been selected by the producers of the Spanish television show VU87 to be screened as part of their show in June 2008. It was shown not only on digital television in Spain, but also broadcast via satellite to Canada, U.S.A, Mexico and South America on the spanish speaking television network Antena 3 International.

Idiotic Robotic

"Idiotic Robotic" was Candlestone Production's second short film, which deviates from the style of the first film in many ways. It was created as an experiment, to see if a short film could be successfully spoken entirely by computer synthesised voices. The film succeeds in as many ways as it fails and is as much a Shelley-esque monstrosity as it is an entertaining sketch comedy.

Mrs Blackheads Pot

"Mrs Blackhead's Pot" is a short animation about a witch, who learns that being evil doesn't necessarily mean you have to be mean.
The film was made for the Melbourne Animation Club's, Secret Handshake. It was screened in April 2010.

Christmas in the Icebox

"Christmas in the Icebox" is a short animated film about a small group of friends living and working in Antarctica. It is a designed to demonstrate the concept for an animated series detailing the quirky misadventures of this band of misfits.
This "episode" follows the events surrounding the exchanging of Christmas gifts between new friends, and the possibility of a budding romance. It shows how peer pressure can encourage an unwitting victim into making premature decisions and the ultimate disaster that ensues.
