The Berg - The Animated Series

I decided that 2012 will be the year that "The Berg" finally gets produced. Well, the pilot episode at least. I have the script. I have the character designs all fleshed out. Many of the voice actors are on board. A really big step for me this year was striking up a deal with a very talented musician to allow me to use his song as the title theme to the series.

Due to the limited human resources at my disposal, the major challenge I face is achieving a high enough standard while maintaining a reasonable timeframe to complete the production. This means I require some additonal equipment, and the assistance of some professional services. This of course costs money, which I don't have. What now?

Along comes www.pozible.com.au, a fantastic Australian website that facilitates the new phenomenon called "crowdfunding", where everyday people can donate a small (or large) sum of money to help see creative projects of their choosing completed.

I took a punt and applied to be included as a project on their website and was accepted. Now I just need to spread the word and hope enough benevolent angels help enable me to complete "The Berg."
